Chevre offers flexible plans for teams of every size. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the Billing settings at any time, and changes take effect immediately — no waiting for the next billing cycle to access new features.

Plans Comparison

Choose the plan that fits your team’s needs. All plans include core workflow management features; higher tiers unlock greater capacity and advanced controls.
For custom pricing, volume discounts, and enterprise contracts — including dedicated infrastructure and compliance add-ons — contact sales@chevre.io. The Chevre sales team will build a package around your organization’s specific requirements.

Upgrading Your Plan

1

Open Billing Settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings. In the left sidebar, choose Billing.
2

Click Upgrade

Under Current Plan, click the Upgrade button. A plan comparison modal will appear showing the differences between your current plan and available tiers.
3

Select a Plan

Click Select Plan under the tier you want. If you are on a Free plan, you will be prompted to add a payment method before continuing.
4

Choose a Billing Cycle

Select either Monthly or Annual billing. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to paying month-to-month.
5

Confirm Your Upgrade

Review the order summary, then click Confirm Upgrade. Your new plan activates immediately and your payment method is charged pro-rated for the remainder of the current period.

Payment Methods

Chevre accepts the following payment methods depending on your plan:

Credit & Debit Card

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted on all paid plans. Add or update your card in Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.

ACH Bank Transfer

ACH direct debit is available on the Enterprise plan only. Contact your account manager or sales@chevre.io to set up ACH billing.
To update your payment method, navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods, click Edit, and enter your new card details. The updated method is used immediately for the next charge.

Viewing Invoices and Downloading Receipts

Chevre automatically generates an invoice for every charge. To access your billing history:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. Browse the list of past charges, sorted by date.
  3. Click Download next to any invoice to save a PDF receipt.
Invoices include the plan name, billing period, line-item breakdown, and payment status. You can share downloaded PDFs with your finance team for expense reporting.

Monitoring Your Usage

Track how much of your plan’s capacity your workspace has consumed in the current billing period:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Usage.
  2. Review the dashboard for:
    • Workflow runs used vs. your monthly limit
    • Team member seats occupied vs. your plan’s maximum
    • Storage consumed by attachments and exported files
Set up usage alerts in Settings → Notifications to receive an email when you reach 80% or 95% of your workflow run limit so you can upgrade before hitting the cap.

Billing Cycle

You can choose between two billing cycles at any time:
  • Monthly — charged on the same day each month (the date you first subscribed).
  • Annual — charged once per year, saving you 20% compared to the monthly rate.
To switch between cycles, go to Settings → Billing → Billing Cycle and select your preferred option. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier, go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and select the target plan. Chevre will warn you if your current workspace usage exceeds the limits of the lower tier — for example, if you have 10 members on Pro but the Free plan allows only 3. Resolve any over-limit items before the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1

Open Billing Settings

Go to Settings → Billing.
2

Click Cancel Plan

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Plan. A confirmation dialog will appear.
3

Confirm Cancellation

Read the impact summary, then click Confirm Cancellation. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which the workspace reverts to the Free tier.
After your paid plan ends, your workspace data — including workflows, automations, and history — is retained for 30 days. If you do not reactivate a paid plan within that window, all workspace data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export any critical data before your retention period expires.
